We offer merchandise directly through our website as well as through our linked product catalogs. Please follow the ordering instructions below based on the type of item you would like to purchase.

Some One & Done Customs merchandise is displayed directly on our website and can be purchased without viewing a separate catalog.

To order:

1. Browse the available merchandise.
2. Select the item you would like to purchase.
3. Choose any available options, if applicable.
4. Add the item to your cart.
5. Review your order and shipping information.
6. Complete checkout and payment.

Your order is not confirmed and merchandise is not secured until payment has been successfully completed.

Some One & Done Customs merchandise is displayed in our linked catalogs so you can browse the available styles and designs. Each item shown in a catalog has a product number that corresponds with an item listed in our website inventory.

To order an item from a catalog:

1. Browse the linked catalog and find the item you would like to purchase.
2. Make note of the product number shown with that item.
3. Return to the One & Done Customs website.
4. Locate the matching product number in our available inventory.
5. Select the item and add it to your cart.
6. Review your order and shipping information.
7. Complete checkout and payment.

Please double-check the product number before adding an item to your cart, to make sure you are purchasing the correct product.

Catalog merchandise is available while supplies last. Viewing an item in a catalog does not reserve it. The item is not secured until checkout and payment have been successfully completed.

Please contact One & Done Customs before placing a custom order so we can discuss what you would like and confirm that your request can be completed.

When contacting us about a custom order, please provide as much information as possible, including your preferred:

• Product or tie
• Color or color combination
• Theme
• Wording, if applicable
• General style or aesthetic
• Date needed, if applicable

You may also provide an inspiration photograph or design concept.

After discussing your request, One & Done Customs will confirm whether the order can be completed and provide the applicable price and ordering instructions.

All custom orders must be paid in full before materials are ordered or production begins.

A custom order is not confirmed until payment has been successfully completed.

Please remember that inspiration photographs are used as creative references. One & Done Customs does not intentionally duplicate another independent creator's original work.

One & Done Customs retains creative control over the placement and arrangement of patches, brooches, chains, embellishments, and other decorative elements unless specific details have been expressly agreed upon.

Items marked Preorder are merchandise that One & Done Customs does not currently have in stock and must obtain from a third-party vendor. Vendor shipping timeframe and any other stipulations are listed in the corresponding catalog.

To purchase a preorder item:

1. Review the preorder item and its product information.
2. Review any estimated arrival information provided.
3. Select the item and add it to your cart.
4. Review your order and shipping information.
5. Complete checkout and payment.

All preorder items must be paid in full.

After payment has been successfully completed, One & Done Customs will submit the applicable order to the vendor.

Some preorder merchandise may be sourced internationally. Vendor processing, international shipping, customs processing, and other circumstances may affect the amount of time required for the merchandise to arrive.

Any estimated arrival timeframe is an estimate and is not guaranteed.

Once One & Done Customs has submitted and paid for the merchandise through the applicable vendor, the preorder becomes final and cannot be canceled or refunded simply because the customer changes their mind or the merchandise takes longer than expected to arrive.

Please review our Shipping Policy and Return & Refund Policy before purchasing preorder merchandise.

All One & Done Customs orders—including premade, custom, and preorder merchandise—must be paid in full. Payments are securely processed through Square. Your order is not confirmed until payment has been successfully completed.

Please review your order carefully before submitting payment.

Make sure:

• You have selected the correct product.
• The product number matches the item you selected from the catalog, when applicable.
• Your custom-order information is correct.
• Names, spelling, and wording are correct.
• Color or theme selections are correct.
• Your shipping address is complete and accurate.
• Your contact information is correct.

If you notice an error after completing your purchase, contact One & Done Customs as soon as possible. Changes cannot be guaranteed after materials have been purchased, production has begun, a preorder has been submitted to a vendor, or an order has entered the shipping process.
